Our Mission
In complex legal processes like divorce, inheritance, and real estate in Turkey; to protect the rights of individuals living abroad, manage the process transparently and clearly, and provide honest, accessible, and solution-oriented legal support at every step.
About Us
Born as a lawyer in Konya/Selçuklu, after receiving my legal education in Istanbul, I directed my professional path to the legal problems faced by individuals of Turkish origin living abroad. For over 10 years, we have been working to safely manage the legal processes in Turkey for our clients worldwide, often taking preventive measures before a problem arises.
Our expertise lies in legal matters with both personal and complex dimensions, such as divorce and inheritance law. We are aware that individuals living abroad may face both legal and practical obstacles in these processes in Turkey. Therefore, we manage all your procedures without the need for you to be physically present in Turkey, ensuring the process is transparent and secure.
Our legal practice is not limited to lawsuit tracking; we also act with a vision that shapes legal developments. We have been fighting for years to make recognition procedures possible through consulates. Indeed, one of the first administrative applications for recognition in Turkey was made by us, and the possibility for blue card holders to divorce with a unilateral signature was accepted administratively as a result of the lawsuits we filed.
In the field of inheritance law, our basic approach is to create a fair compromise ground that satisfies all parties before engaging in years-long lawsuits. However, when such ground cannot be established, we prevent loss of rights with a strong lawsuit strategy. We know every step needed to protect the rights of heirs living abroad in Turkey and manage the process on your behalf from start to finish.
We work with an understanding that protects not only your rights but also your time, energy, and peace.
If you are facing a legal issue in Turkey and need someone to explain all possible aspects of the process—positive or negative—openly and honestly, you are in the right place.
